Where Do We Deliver?
Greenedgemowers currently delivers to customer addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Cost
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
There is no minimum order value required for standard shipping unless otherwise clearly stated before checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Order Cut-off Time: 18:00 UK local time, Monday–Friday
Handling Time: 1 business day, Monday–Friday
Estimated Transit Time: 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday
Estimated Total Delivery Time: approximately 2–4 business days
Orders placed after the 18:00 cut-off time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that your contact and delivery details are accurate before completing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist you with the shipment status.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We do not currently support delivery to multiple addresses within a single order.
If you require products to be delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where appropriate.
